Job role:
As a Bot Developer you will learn to innovate and explore what's possible in the world of robotic process automation (RPA). In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize business workflow processes. You'll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. To be successful, you'll need ability to learn independently with good interest in business process design (programme details and requirements below).
What you will learn during the programme:
- Identifying and designing business processes for automation
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
- Provide guidance with process design.
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
- Work with Business Analysts, Project Leads, QA Analysts and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
- Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
- Build, Develop, Test and Publish bots to world's largest botstore.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with data
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn quickly & work, collaborate with a team
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET (desirable but not required)
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) (desirable but not required)
- Understanding of workflow-based logic.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
